Das Problem hatte ich auch regelmäßig, Tante Google hatte aber den passenden Tip:
The thing that worked for me was changing from the Windows 7 Aero theme in the personalisation settings to Windows 7 Basic. This seems to have done the trick
Also, einfach in den Windows-Einstellungen (Rechtsklick auf den Desktop > Anpassen) das Windows 7 Basis-Theme aktivieren.
